Community Thread Hosts 7th Annual Black Tie Bingo Fundraiser

Community Thread will host its 7th annual Black Tie Bingo fundraiser on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the Grand Banquet Hall in Stillwater.
 
This signature event will feature five games of bingo with prizes up to $500 each. Guests will indulge in delicious hors d'oeuvres, decadent desserts, interactive games (including a mystery prize wall, Plinko, and putting for prizes), an action-packed online auction, and a cash bar.
 
Matthew Stepaniak, a descendant of one of Stillwater’s original lumber barons, Isaac Staples, and co-founder of Limitless Cycling and will serve as the emcee, along with local celebrity bingo callers: Stacie Jensen, Communications and Program Manager for the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce; Michael Wilhelmi, Community Relations Manager for Xcel Energy; Dr. Mike Funk, Superintendent of Stillwater Area Public Schools; and Megan and Tim Palm, owners of Daily Grind coffee shop. Dean Dressel, a local resident, will be the special guest speaker.
