Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated local business Mudita Wellness LLC on May 1st, 2025. Allissa Obler, owner, cut the ribbon along with her clients, colleagues, friends, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors, and staff gathered for the celebration.

We are overjoyed to share that Mudita Wellness has opened its doors in a beautiful new space—offering the same heartfelt, healing experiences in a refreshed and welcoming home.  More than just a yoga studio, Mudita Wellness is a sanctuary for well-being, movement, and connection. Inspired by the Sanskrit word mudita—which means joy in another’s happiness—this boutique wellness studio truly embodies the spirit of community and compassion

Founder Allissa Obler has created a space where people of all ages and abilities can feel at ease. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or are a seasoned yogi, Mudita offers a variety of experiences including gentle yoga, guided meditation, private SomaYoga therapeutic sessions, and aromatherapy with essential oils—all grounded in the intention to support strength, mobility, and inner calm.

The new location brings with it a renewed energy and a continued commitment to helping students feel at home in their own bodies—and within the Mudita community.
