At the Friday, April 14th WBB monthly meeting, we welcome Aimee Olson to speak about Saving Time for Joy!Time is our most precious commodity. Everyone wants a piece of it, and managing it is a full-time job. The daily grind has us running from one commitment to another, keeping us in a constant cycle of busyness. We sacrifice our needs while trying to "catch up," hoping we'll eventually find the time to slow down and enjoy life. But what if you didn't have to wait?
Saving Time For Joy will challenge how you view time management, the myth of work-life balance, and the limiting beliefs that sabotage your ability to reserve space in your day so contentment and joy can flourish.
You will:
● Be encouraged to overcome four limiting beliefs about time,
● Understand how a habit of unrealistic planning is a thief of joy,
● Learn how to amplify your priorities over busy work,
● Identify ways you can make time for joy every day!
