Renee Frey, the President of TalentQ, Inc., author of “I Hate Mondays: A Guide to Landing a Job that Makes You Jump Out of Bed”, podcast host of ‘Careers & Cocktails’ and former Executive Recruiter at Target Corporation, has two decades of recruiting experience in a Search Firm and Fortune 30 company. With a love for people, natural knack for conversation, and energy that can blow the roof off of any room – it makes sense that Renee ended up in the recruiting industry. Fully fueled to bring a fresh approach to the recruiting industry, Renee founded TalentQ, Inc, a nationwide recruiting firm headquartered in Hudson, WI.
Tracey Mortensen is the owner and founder of Inspiring Actions Yoga in Hudson, Wisconsin. She started Inspiring Actions in Hudson in 2008, teaching her signature program, Yoga 101. Inspiring Actions has grown to 2 locations (River Falls, est. 2019) and supports 25 local yoga teachers. She has studied yoga with master teachers Seane Corne and Baron Baptiste and has extensive training in both pre-natal and Yin yoga. Tracey is passionate about helping brand new yoga students start a practice, as well as spreading health and wellness throughout the St. Croix Valley.
