At the Friday, November 11 WBB monthly meeting, we welcome a panel of local health professionals who will share tips and techniques to better handle stress during the holidays!The Holiday season is among us. With the anticipation of more gatherings, more spending and more indulging - how can we keep ourselves from going over the edge. Let's approach this holiday season with tools and strategies to enjoy this time of year MORE.
Panel of Speakers:Dr. Kellie Seth graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in pre-medicine with double majors in Entomology and Zoology. Dr. Seth earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University with honors and a focus on Neurology and Nutrition. Dr. Seth is a master Morphogenic Field Technique practitioner, certified nutritionist, Myofascial Release specialist, and certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Dr. Seth founded and owns Healing River Chiropractic which provides chiropractic care and nutritional services in a holistic wellness center utilizing extremely gentle and powerfully effective holistic chiropractic techniques along with nutrition-focused testing.
Camille Pascoe, M.Om, L.Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist with a passion for helping others break free from pain, chronic health concerns, and emotional distress. She specializes in digestive disorders, women's health, migraines, mental health, addiction, trauma, and acute & chronic pain. Camille graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2017 with a Master's of Oriental Medicine, is licensed with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, and certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Margie Schmid is a certified Holistic Nutritionist who loves helping people make simple, sustainable, holistic lifestyle changes that lead to a life full of energy, confidence and vitality. She believes that food is medicine, and simple changes in our nutrition and lifestyle can be empowering and life changing. Her nutrition journey has evolved over several decades. She was a highly sensitive, overweight, asthmatic child who grew into a calorie and fat gram counting young
woman. After much soul searching and research, she blossomed into an older, wiser woman and discovered health and happiness through holistic nutrition. Margie was born and raised in Stillwater. After retiring, she followed her heart and her dreams back to Stillwater and combined her experience in education with her passion for nutrition. After becoming certified in Holistic Nutrition, Margie founded Sprout Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, LLC.
