At the Friday, August 12 WBB monthly meeting, we will be learning more about caring for our aging family- Are you part of the sandwich generation?
- Do you care for your aging parents or your grandparents?
- Do you struggle with knowing what to do when your loved one falls ill?

Alicia Harmon, SYNERGY HomeCare Owner
- Passion for connecting generations and combating loneliness in our communities.
- Worked at a nonprofit with the elderly and Target Corporate before starting this business.
- A wife to Nick, and mother to 2 boys, Leo and Reese
- Grew up in Prescott, WI and now resides in Arden Hills, MN
Bri Beltran has worked in the home care and nursing home industry for 15 years as a Caregiver, a certified death doula, and several years as a staffing coordinator. She is also a veteran of the Army National Guard. In her spare time, Bri volunteers for Infants Remembered in Silence as a parent advocate for those who have recently lost children and is also a certified aerial fitness instructor.
