Meet our Speaker: Melissa RoseMelissa has been a dance educator since the age of 16 and has owned her own dance studio since 2009. Receiving a BFA in Musical Theatre from UWSP, she’s performed & choreographed professionally throughout the midwest. After her third baby, she started her own studio The Dancing House, where she shares the art of dance to beginner dancers of all ages both in her her brick + mortar studio and her online membership platform called Dance on Demand. As an established entrepreneur, Melissa is often asked to speak at corporate events and coach other studio business owners. In her weekly podcast, Brick and Mortar Visibility, Melissa peels back the curtain on running a business and shares the tips, tools and strategies that she’s learned in her business to help you in yours. As a single mama of five kiddos, Melissa is frequently asked how she juggles it all. She’ll be the first to tell you she doesn’t. She has a team of amazing people helping her which allows her to do really fun things like choreographing musicals and playing in her garden. But if you want to read the nitty gritty, she invites you to be part of her Rebel Women Tribe.
