Aligning your Personal Vision to your Business
Traditional corporate models are not bold enough to achieve the abundance that creative entrepreneurs can manifest.
This is my mantra: I will ask you consider if you can run a business that breaks all the textbook rules but still achieves profitability, values social welfare, and defines success on multiple levels?
Can you build a culture that truly reflects your personal vision?
Have you ever wanted to offer to offer employee sabbaticals, 1 year paid maternity, a 100% remote office?
Feel like you can’t? Or that you shouldn’t? Will anyone take me seriously anymore?
We will explore why you absolutely should do amazing things in your business and how it can actually improve profitability. And yes— your vision is still relevant in a pandemic.

Meet Elizabeth Bauer
I began my career in finance in 2005 as a CPA with international consulting firm, Deloitte & Touche. I chose this path as a 20 year old college student quickly racking up debt and I only wanted job security. I shut out my creative side and forged ahead.
I quickly discovered that I craved a more intimate connection with people and that I was not able to follow the archaic rules of business that have been handed down as cannon for hundreds of years. These archetypes did not allow for creativity, kindness, and joy amongst the cubicles.
Then once I had children, I truly realized
how stifling the corporate model was for families. I was just playing the game everyday. And I wondered why no one was challenging the status quo.
I pivoted into small business management and starting to see new perspectives. All too often however, the fun and cutting edge businesses I found so energizing were struggling financially. I wanted to bridge to two worlds that seemed to be at odds.
Over the past decade I have created tools and processes to build businesses that operate in this new paradigm. We value transparency, authenticity, vulnerability, real people, creativity, and learning from failure. But we also accept nothing less than full accountability, a clear vision, and financial results.
