Carriage Realty, Inc celebrates their 25th Anniversary with Chamber Ribbon Cutting

May 2, 2019. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce hosted a 25th Anniversary ribbon cutting for member Carriage Realty, Inc on April 18, 2019. The event took place at the historic Afton House at 3291 St Croix Trail S, Afton, MN. Carriage Realty owner, team, family, friends, co-workers, Chamber Ambassadors, members, and staff were there to join in the celebration.
Founded in 1993 by Karen’s father, Richard Kosmalski, as a solution to a void in the industry, Carriage Realty was created to provide the resources of a big-box company while retaining the customer service and dedication of a family-owned shop. The real estate company was founded on traditional values of honesty, integrity, and trust and has extensive knowledge of the selling area, and real estate in general. Karen Stang and her team comprised of Hannah Johnson, Christopher Swanson, Becca Wilson and Lauren Schneider boasts a 100% Satisfaction Rating, and are ready to lead you home. In an emotional speech, Karen offered praise and gratitude to the crowd of family and friends, who shared in the Anniversary celebration.
Karen and her husband reside in Lake Elmo. Their daughter, who has helped in the family business, attends St Thomas University. Carriage Realty is looking forward to continuing the legacy of exceptional service, knowledge, and expertise.
