Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed local business, Sprout Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, to the Chamber and the community with a ribbon cutting celebration on June 2nd, 2022. The event took place at Draper House Design Studio at 402 Main Street North Suite 230, Stillwater, MN. Margie Schmid, along with family, friends, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors and staff were there to join in the celebration.
Sprout Nutrition and Wellness Coaching offers individual and small group nutrition and wellness coaching, meal planning and coaching, wellness events and nutrition education to help clients live a life of health and vitality. Margie said “it's a dream come true to launch this business!”
The retired educator/school principal just loves to talk about health and wellness, meal planning, cooking and coaching, and you really can see her face light up as she speaks about this venture with such passion! Sprout even has a “Walking Coaching Mini” session - making your initial consultation very conversational and productive as you discover how Sprout can help you achieve your goals!
Sprout Nutrition and Wellness Coaching has no brick and mortar storefront, but often Margie will meet her clients at a coffee shop, and a farmers market, at a local park or for a walk - she just doesn't need an office to help you with all of your health goals, but is happy to meet you where you are!
