May 2018. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed newly opened retail boutique, Jori & June to the community on May 3. The event took place at their Main Street Stillwater store and was well attended with family, friends and Chamber Ambassadors.
Jori & June is a clothing and accessory store created with love and passion for all things unique, meaningful and practical. Offering an open, clean and welcoming environment that provides an exceptional customer experience, Jori & June Stillwater is the second location of the store with the first located in Geneva, IL.
Back in 2016, friends Melissa and Juliet decided to partner up in Geneva IL to provide a fun retail experience for women offering reasonably priced, unique clothing and accessories - Jori & June was born. The two mothers were already balancing young families and busy lives but they saw that a strong partnership could develop with their skillsets – Melissa as a business person, and Juliet as a creative person. With their success in Geneva, and Melissa’s move back to her hometown of Stillwater, they decided to open a second location on Main Street in early 2018.
The Main Street space required months of sweat equity to bring it to the vision Melissa and Juliet had for their new store. “We worked really hard to overall the space!” stated Melissa “and we are so grateful for the support and incredible help of our families and friends to make this a reality!”
Jori & June provides a free stylist service to help customers find pieces that fit their style and needs. An appointment for the service can be made on their website which also allows customers to purchase products online. Their store is full of beautiful items including casual to dressy clothing for women, men and children, accessories, bags, jewelry, boots and gift items.
Passionate about community, both Melissa and Juliet are excited to partner with local business owners and to give back to local causes. Store summer hours are Mon-Thursday 10-5, Friday and Saturday 10-7, and Sunday 11-4.
