Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated the new ownership of local business The Main Cafe on November 19th, 2025. Casie Beltran cut the ribbon, along with her staff, family, friends, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors, and staff were gathered for the celebration.

The Main Café, a beloved downtown Stillwater institution known for its warm hospitality and classic breakfast and lunch favorites. The event welcomed community members, local leaders, and loyal patrons who gathered to support new owner Casie Beltran as she steps into this cherished role.

With almost 40 years of history serving the St. Croix Valley, The Main Café has long been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Casie is committed to honoring that legacy, preserving the well known menu and the familial atmosphere that generations of guests have come to love, while also bringing fresh energy and a renewed dedication to community connection.
