Food Truck Extravaganza Returns on June 20 with Food Trucks, Live Music, and Family Fun
Popular St. Croix Valley summer event expected to draw thousands to the Washington County Fairgrounds.

STILLWATER, Minn. – Get ready to bring your appetite. The always popular Food Truck Extravaganza returns to the Washington County Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 20, 2026, for a full day of food, music, and family-friendly fun.

In its 11th year, now one of the region’s most anticipated summer events, the festival will feature up to 40 food trucks serving everything from global street food and savory comfort favorites to creative desserts and sweet treats. Guests can also enjoy live music throughout the day, browse local vendors, and take advantage of an expanded Kids Zone designed to keep younger attendees entertained.

Drawing thousands of visitors from across the St. Croix Valley and the Midwest, the Food Truck Extravaganza offers a vibrant community atmosphere where food lovers, families, and friends gather to celebrate local flavor and summer fun.

“This event has truly become a signature summer tradition for our region,” said Robin Anthony-Evenson, President of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce. “The Food Truck Extravaganza brings together incredible food, live entertainment, and thousands of people for a day that celebrates community, connection, and the amazing organizations that make our region special. We’re excited to welcome everyone back for another unforgettable event.” 

The Food Truck Extravaganza is both family-friendly and pet-friendly (leashed pets are welcome) and will take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is $5 per person, and children under age 5 are free. A portion of proceeds will support the Chamber’s scholarship fund, which helps area students pursuing education and careers in the skilled trades.

Free on-site parking will be available at the fairgrounds for all attendees.
