Chef Adam Randall, owner, alongside his business partners made up of a great group of friends and family, cut the official ribbon to celebrate their New Business and New Membership with the Greater Stillwater Chamber.

December 2018. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomes New Business Caribbean Smokehouse and celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 12th, 2018. Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Members and Staff, community friends and supporters, and the huge turn-out of the business’s partnering friends and family celebrated the new business in their historic and inviting space right in the heart of downtown Stillwater in the Brick Alley Building.
Where it all started…Opening Caribbean Smokehouse is a life-long dream come true for Chef Adam. He first found himself in kitchens out of necessity as a young child after he and his sister were abandoned in an empty house and he was left to care for them both. After those tragic beginnings of cooking butter noodles for his sister, Adam spent the rest of his life learning the magic of cooking from others he would later call his "family.”
Caribbean Smokehouse is the culmination of decades of cooking together for Chef Adam and his family partners. Many of the recipes on the menu have been in their family for generations, some in their original form, and others modified over the years. Caribbean Smokehouse invites you to share in these time-tested recipes as you enjoy the comfortable and warm atmosphere they have made welcoming and like a “coming home” experience.
“Putting family back into food” is the fitting motto the business bases itself around. Family and community are everything to this team. Partnering with all brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews who own, operate, and contribute to this business. At Caribbean Smokehouse, they are taking the opportunity to do what they love, cook what they know, and share it with others.
Caribbean Smokehouse is smokehouse flavor with a Caribbean inspiration and little Southern flair. From Smoked Ribs to Signature Salads to the Fresh Catch of the Day, their unique menu has something for everyone. A diverse drink line-up is also on the menu. Visit their fully-stocked bar for some of the best Caribbean cocktails around. For the not-so-spicy audience, they nod to the good old traditional fair too.
