The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of local business Amira Lake Elmo on October 9th, 2025.  We were honored to join community leaders, partners, and future residents in celebrating the beautiful new 55+ active adult rental community designed for comfort, connection, and vibrant living.

The celebration brought together an impressive gathering, including Mayor Charles Cadenhead, who shared thoughtful and inspiring remarks about the importance of welcoming new residential opportunities to Lake Elmo. The event also recognized the collaborative efforts of United Properties, Great Lakes Management Co., Eagle Building LLC, and Keegan Mulry House, whose partnership helped bring this vision to life.
