Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated a 10 year Anniversary for Smart Start Childcare and Learning Center, an independent, locally owned and operated boutique childcare center on October 5th, 2023.  The event took place at 14480 60th Street N in Stillwater, MN with owner Gina Anderson and Miss Oksana, the Director of the school as well as many other staff and families that have been touched by the center.

Smart Start’s mission statement is to enhance the traditional childcare experience through education, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, illness reduction and prevention, and creative projects that promote a happy, healthy and secure learning environment.
