Steady Strides Pediatric Physical Therapy

I’m Anne Voss, a pediatric physical therapist with 26 years of experience and the owner of Steady Strides Pediatric Physical Therapy in Lake Elmo. I created Steady Strides to be the practice I always dreamed of - one that celebrates each child’s unique path and supports them at their own pace.

Every milestone matters, big or small. That belief drives my work and inspired me to build a space where families feel supported and little ones grow into confident, independent movers.

There’s no “wait and see” in my book—early intervention builds strong movement patterns. But it’s also never too late. I welcome children of all ages and abilities, especially those who’ve plateaued in traditional therapy, and offer fresh strategies to help them reach their full potential.
