Matthew Stepaniak

Matthew, an organizational wizard with a Six Sigma Green Belt, brings a dynamic yet professional touch to Limitless Cycling while also fulfilling the role of primary caregiver for his 91-year-young mother. Beyond his duties, he excels in community leadership, serving as the St. Croix County Advocate Chair for the Wisconsin Bike Fed. Recognized for his passion for positive change in the St. Croix River Valley, Matthew is driven by both business acumen and compassion. Partnered with his wife Tawnya for 26 adventurous years, they embrace a lifestyle of travel, gastronomic exploration, and fitness pursuits. In his leisure time, Matthew embraces the challenges of cycling and triathlons with the determination of an IRONMAN.
