About Us

LifeSource - At the heart of organ donation.

We are passionate and committed first responders who specialize in the process of organ donation, see transplants reach waiting recipients, support donor families and inspire people in communities across the upper Midwest to register as donors.

As one of 55 Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) in the country, we serve the second largest geographical region, focusing on Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and portions of western Wisconsin.

Our team works with nearly 300 hospitals and 9 transplant centers - as well as medical examiners, coroners and funeral directors - in our three-state service area to ensure every donor and family that want to donate one's organs, eyes and tissue has the opportunity to do so.

Our team also works closely with driver's license offices in our region and provides additional education on what it means to check the box.
