About Us

The Lakeview Foundation, through philanthropy, develops resources to identify and support initiatives that enable the Lakeview Health System to fulfill its mission - to promote and sponsor superior health and wellness services. In the spirit of the generations before us who built the legacy that is Lakeview, the Foundation recognizes community members who are committed to sustaining the high quality, independent and community-owned health care system.

Lakeview Foundation's board of directors has oversight of the disbursement of health and wellness grants on behalf of all Lakeview Health subsidiaries, including those made by Lakeview Hospital. Lakeview Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation.
