  • Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are an extension of the Chamber. They are individuals who exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, positivity, and respect.

    Chamber Ambassadors should exemplify the following attributes:

    - Inclusive
    - Community Oriented
    - Collaborative
    - Supportive of Chamber Mission & Staff
    - Creative
    - Willing to go outside of comfort zone and grow

    Chamber Ambassador Expectations:

    - Be authentic and present
    - Attend once-monthly Ambassador Meetings (70% attendance required)
    - Support Member Partnership – recruitment/current member outreach
    - Attend Ribbon Cuttings
    - Participate in various Chamber Events as listed below (minimum of two events req.)
    - Be a strong advocate for the Chamber and its mission
    - Provide productive feedback
    - Communicate schedule changes effectively with Chamber
    - Engage enthusiastically
    - Willing to share unique talents and energy in a creative and forward moving way (we want you to be you!)

    Are you familiar with (or have you attended) Chamber events, mixers, or programming? *
    As an extension of the Chamber, are you willing to support and promote the Chamber and our community with utmost professionalism and positivity at all times? *
    Please indicate areas of interest you would like to support as an Ambassador (minimum of two required): *
    Are you willing to share Chamber events on your social media (1 share/month required)? *
    Are you willing to introduce yourself to someone new per event/mixer? *
    Are you willing to share our mission and recruit new members? *
    Are you willing to support current members through membership outreach (Chamber check-in phone calls)? *
    Are you willing to work as a Greeter for Chamber Mixers? (welcoming guests and assisting with set up/tear down) *
    Average Ambassador Requirements: (Ambassadors are requested to fulfill a minimum of 4 hours with the Chamber per month: contacting new and existing members, mentoring, attending ribbon cuttings, participating and representing in other various Chamber events)

    If applicable: Once application has been approved by the Executive Director and committee, please sign the completed form for our records.
