Return to 7 Vines for our pop up event to care for yourself during a Saturday morning yoga flow. Located in the State Room, this yoga practice is where you can tune into breath and movement to unwind your body. The practice will wrap up with a guided meditation near the fireplace, leading into a sound bowl meditation. Cozy into yourself while your cells absorb the various tones and benefits of the crystal bowls. Heather Ramsay instructs intuitively and will offer plenty of modifications and invitations to do what’s right for your body.

Heather Ramsey is E-RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified and has been teaching since 2017. She offers and intuitive practice for all body types.
