YIPS! Musical Comedy Auditions

YIPS! is a new musical comedy about love and golf, written by Twin Cities jazz pianist, Tom Prin. The six principal characters, four men and two women, range in age from 18 to 70.  A men's barbershop quartet and chorus parts for at least eight women are also needed. This is the first production of the new Bridge Theatre of Stillwater. Auditions will be at the Bayport Public Library, located at 582 N. 4th Street in Bayport on Monday & Wednesday, August 27 & 29, from 6 - 9 p.m. Bring a prepared musical selection and a conflict calendar, and be prepared to read from the script. Rehearsals for YIPS! will begin the week of September 2. Performances will be at the Stillwater Country Club, Wednesdays - Sundays, October 17 - 21 and October 25 - 28.
