Our featured presentation will talk about Habit Formation presented by Sara Brand, aka The Habit Gal.

Sara is a life coach with a focus on the neuroscience of habit formation. In a world of moving on autopilot, it takes a lot more effort to change the habits that we have relied on to get us to this point. But what happens when we put effort into making positive changes and we seem to fall short?

Sara addresses how habits are formed, how they can be changed, and how you can use your personal motivations to excel at business and life.

Habits are in every area of our lives, both professionally and personally.
The great thing about habits is that they conserve energy. That’s why the brain tries to ‘compartmentalize’ your actions and spare some unnecessary efforts. When we have habits that do not help move us towards our goals, we want the anecdote to rewrite them. Furthermore, we simply need to understand how habits form, how we can change them, or how we can begin a brand new, healthy habit.
