Meet our Speaker: Kirsten Parker
Kirsten J. Parker is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and strategic planning partner known for creating engaging, supportive spaces where people think deeply, connect meaningfully, and take action with confidence. Drawing on decades of corporate consulting and leadership development experience, she guides organizations, boards, and community groups to design strategic plans, leads high-energy workshops, and develops leaders at every level. As the leadership development facilitator for the Chamber’s Leadership in the Valley program, and a graduate program faculty member at the University of Minnesota, Kirsten is well known for her practical,
engaging teaching style and her ability to make complex concepts accessible.
