When Oie turned 50, she set out to run a 50K. She expected a physical challenge - to prove to herself that she can (still) do anything. But what she discovered offered something far more valuable: a reset.

Beyond her passion for helping others work smarter, Oie enjoys life with her husband Darren as they embrace the journey of being empty nesters. Their two adult children, Nya (23) and Dom (20), are now starting exciting new chapters in their own lives.

When she’s not coaching, Oie lives full-time in a camper van, exploring the country and fueling her spirit with quirky people encounters and breathtaking national park views!
