Kim Peterson builds businesses rooted in hope, possibility, and connection. As founder of KPT Mortgage Advisors, she helps families navigate home financing with clarity and compassion—whether it’s guiding an immigrant father toward generational wealth or helping a woman rebuild after escaping abuse. In 2025, she launched KPT Collaborative, a coworking space designed for belonging, where professionals, entrepreneurs, and community builders come to work, connect, and feel seen.
