Washington County Service Providers Outreach Group Meeting

The members of the Washington County Service Providers Outreach Group will meet on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 from 9:00 – 11:00am at Community Thread.  The address is 2300 West Orleans Street, Stillwater, MN.

The Washington County Service Providers Outreach Group is sponsored by Community Thread.  Community Thread is a non-profit human service agency connecting people and enriching lives in Washington County and Western Wisconsin since 1967.  Agency programs include the Stillwater and Bayport Senior Centers, the Volunteer Center, Transportation, Neighborhood Service Exchange, Medical Reserve Corps and the Holiday Bureau.
