Sam Nelson is an employment and business law attorney at the St. Paul firm Meier, Kennedy & Quinn. He advises small businesses and non-profits on employment policies and handbooks, discipline, termination, contracts, business governance, leave and layoffs, and defends employers against discrimination, harassment, and other employment law claims. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's business law section and a regular presenter at the Minnesota Employment Law Update Seminar.
Jon O’Malley is a business advisor and EOS Implementer. He has owned four companies and has sold two. Since 2006 he has closely consulted over 300 small businesses on growth of sales and profits.
