The St. Croix Valley Regional Tourism Alliance presents the Scenic Valley Golf Outing at the Kilkarney Hills Golf Club in River Falls, Wisconsin. This handicapped best ball (scramble) is for golfers of all abilities. The 18-hole registration fee is $50 per golfer and includes golf, cart, driving range and hamburger dinner. Registrations are due by Monday, May 7.
