In this class, Mark Norman will discuss the increasing problem of food allergies and sensitivities. He will cover gluten allergies in depth, discussing testing, how allergies affect us and how to optimize health through diet and nutritional supplementation.
Mark Norman is a Certified Nutritionist with over fourteen years of clinical experience.
The class fee is $25 for members, $30 for non-members.
