       Yoga, as we think of it, was designed to help the body sit in meditation for long periods of time. In this class, we engage in gentle movement to release tension and relax the body before moving into a variety of silent and guided meditation and breathing techniques, including Yoga Nidra often referred to as Yogic Sleep.
