When early summer leaves us with long hot nights, it’s time to create meals that add no heat to the house. Tonight we learn to prepare an entire meal on the backyard grill without sacrificing any of the taste. Manfred will teach the basics of grilling, from heat choice to grilling techniques as we prepare his menu of Grilled Garlic and Herb Crusted Smoke-roasted Whole Chickens, Peppered Portobello Mushroom Steaks with Parmesan Dressing, Grilled Fresh Mozzarella and Bread Skewers with Tomatoes, Red Onion and Pesto Vinaigrette (a fun take on the Caprese salad), and for dessert we prepare Grilled Peaches with Homemade Ice Cream and Strawberry Sauce. Enjoy local Lift Bridge beer with our buffet.Master of the Grill
