International Pairing of Meats and Seafoods

Worldwide, there is an appreciation for the perfect pairing of meat and seafood.  This evening Terry will travel and explore through these wonderful global pairings:  from Greece, Lamb Chops and Fried Calamari with Garlic Aioli; from China, Stir-Fried Beef and Sweet and Sour Shrimp; and from the United States, NY Strips and Crab Cakes.  We’ll finish with light and refreshing Lemon Meringue Parfaits.  Wine will be served.
