Low key but high energy, IGNITE meets monthly for happy hour and networking. All are welcome to attend - those in the "young" age bracket and certainly, those young at heart!
Our May 2nd IGNITE gathering will be hosted at F45
This month, we are getting out of the winter slump with a Workout! class called Angry Bird - roughly an hour long with a cool down!Angry Bird is a superset resistance workout that uses tempo and timing to shock the body into results. The main focus of Angry Bird is to change both timing and the tempo of certain movements while focusing on a specific area of the body.
Clothing attire is workout wear and clean tennis shoes. We have a water cooler and towels.
JOIN US at F45 if you want to pump up your energy with this class, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
If you will be taking the class, PLEASE COMPLETE the required Waiver fields when you register above.
