April 2021, Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated the new office location for local business, Home to Sweet Home, with a ribbon cutting on April 22, 2021. The event took place at 220 Commercial Street, Stillwater, MN.
Home to Sweet Home owner, Lisa Bevens and staff members, Greater Stillwater Chamber Members, and Chamber Ambassadors were there to join in the celebration.
In January of 2014, good friends, Lisa Bevens and Rita Bruechert started their business with a focus on helping older adults within our communities to transition into new living situations. What began in their home space, has now grown to an office space to meet with clients and added storage space for “all the boxes.” With exciting plans to grow their services to include Home to Sweet Home-makers: concierge and companion care services for clients that would like just a little bit of ongoing help to make life easier.
Home to Sweet Home is the “Senior moving solution experts.” They handle everything from planning and packing to moving & unpacking so that settling into a new home can truly become a pleasant experience. While they do not exclusively work with seniors, they have become experts in resources that exist within the vast network they have established with other senior workers. Their focus is on providing a personal and compassionate experience in what can often be a difficult and emotional life transition.
They are the heart of moving matters. “We offer services of value, given with heart. We work with seniors to ease their down-sizing and home moving so they can preserve time for what really matters,” passionately states owner, Lisa Bevens.
