Meet our Speaker: Jolee Lilja
Prior to her work in People Operations, Jolee held multiple roles at Concordia College, including Director of the Anderson Office of Career Success and Academic Success Advisor, Associate Director of Admission, and Assistant Director of Recruitment. Throughout her career in higher education, she advised and coached students, led career development initiatives, supported enrollment strategy, and partnered across departments to strengthen student and institutional success.
