Please join us as we welcome The Estates at Linden and Greeley to the Chamber!
Under new ownership with Monarch Healthcare Management, and with a recent makeover, The Estates at Linden and Greeley are skilled nursing facilities both offering individualized care in a compassionate, welcoming environment.
Event will begin at the Linden location at 10:00 and then move to the Greeley location at 10:45.
