Sustainable Stillwater MN is seeking volunteers for Lumberjack Landing Planting for Birds, a community habitat restoration event focused on improving bird habitat and biodiversity along the St. Croix River flyway. Volunteers will help plant approximately 175 native, climate-resilient trees and shrubs at Lumberjack Landing Park on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. This hands-on project is open to all experience levels and is part of Sustainable Stillwater MN’s Bird City program in partnership with the City of Stillwater. Volunteers should bring gloves, a shovel, water, and weather-appropriate clothing.
