DESCRIPTION:The Washington County Historical Society (WCHS) is excited to announce a presentation and book signing with Robert Goodman and Peter DeCarlo\, authors of the new WCHS publication\, "In Their Own Words: The Civil War As Seen by Washington County Soldiers."\n\n	The book is based on the letters of Washington County soldiers\, their diaries and reminiscent accounts. None of the soldiers had seen anything like the Civil War and this book presents the way they saw it as it happened to them.\n\n	Goodman and DeCarlo will be at the Warden's House Museum on Saturday\, June 4th at 2:00 p.m. for a presentation and book signing.
