The Leon family brings you a real taste of Mexican food as it?s found in Mexico today. Authentic and  strongly traditional\, Acapulco offers a cuisine with explosions of imagination\, combined with the highest quality of Mexican produce. Their menu was created to cater for all. Customers coming to one of their restaurants for the first time are surprised to learn they are not a chain. They are the Leon family\, and each of them works in different roles in their company. The parents\, Jesus and Maria Leon\, were born in Jalisco\, Mexico and relocated the family to Minnesota in the early 90's. Over the years they raised nine children: Maria\, Jose\, Carlos\, Alex\, Sam\, Veronica\, Martin\, Jesse\,  Lupita. The children are actively involved in all aspects of the restaurants. From architecture and construction\, to equipment repair and maintenance\, to electrical engineering\, cooking\, catering\, menu planning\, bartending and of course the day to day running of the restaurants. They do it all.
