DESCRIPTION:The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Foundation (Chamber Foundation) is pleased to announce they will be hosting the Lumberjack Days Parade this year on Sunday\, July 20\, 2025\, in partnership with Lumberjack Days. \n\nParade start time - 11 am!\n\n\n\nParticipate in the 2025 Lumberjack Days Parade!\n\nThe Chamber Foundation is currently accepting unit applications for our 2024 Lumberjack Days Parade lineup. The parade will follow the original parade route with a parade start time of 11 am \n\n\n\nOnce you have completed this form to apply\, you will be notified by email\, of acceptance with the link to register your parade unit. At that time\, you have 10 days to complete registration with payment\, to fully confirm your participation in the Parade. All units in the parade must pay a fee to reserve a spot. Fees are based on unit size. This fee IS NON-REFUNDABLE once registered & paid.  Payment is made to the Greater Stillwater Chamber Foundation. Credit card payment is preferred.\n\nAcceptance Notification will be sent by email.\n\n\nThe Chamber Foundation is also looking for sponsors for the parade and you can register HERE for a sponsorship. Sponsors will have their logo on a banner in the front part of the parade\, shout out on social media platforms\, a location on our website and listed in the final press release among other benefits. \n\n\nParade Unit FEES (by July 1\, 2025):\n\n$100 increase per unit after July 1\n\n\n\nGreater Stillwater Chamber Member:\n\n\n	Unit (up to 40 feet) = $200        \n	Unit (up to 60 feet) = $300        \n	Unit (up to 80 feet) = $400        \n	Non-Profit = $150\n\n\nNON Chamber Member:\n\n\n	Unit (up to 40 feet) = $250        \n	Unit (up to 60 feet) = $350        \n	Unit (up to 80 feet) = $450\n	Non-Profit = $300\n\n\n\nNote for Political Candidates and Groups:   Political campaigning of a solicitous nature is not allowed in or on the parade route. No handing out of brochures\, flyers\, stickers or literature will be allowed.\n\n1.    Cars and signs on cars are accepted\; as are carried signs and banners\n\n2.    No more than 10 people walking as part of your campaign\n\n3.    Branded shirts are allowed\n\n4.    NO brochures\, stickers\, or any type of campaign promotional products may be handed out on the parade route\n\n5.    Candy may be handed out but not thrown\n\n6.    Waving and hand shaking is okay as long as it does not slow down or stop the parade \n\n7.    The parade must keep moving at all times\, no gaps\n\n8.    Parade Marshals will be closely monitoring this to be sure guidelines are followed\n\n9.    If your group does not comply with our guidelines\, a Parade Marshal will ask you to leave the parade at the next intersection\n\n10. Inappropriate political signs are not allowed\n\n \n\nThe Chamber Foundation serves with a focus on education initiatives\, workforce development\, leadership programs\, business development\, and community events which will enrich the life of our communities.
