Lumberjack Days Parade Application
The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Foundation will be hosting the Lumberjack Days Parade this year on Sunday, July 21, 2024 starting at 11 AM, in partnership with the Lumberjack Days weekend festivities. Be a part of this historic hometown tradition!
Parade start time - 11 am following the ORIGINAL PARADE ROUTE!

The Chamber is an inclusive organization that serves, advocates, and promotes the interests of businesses while enriching the life of our community.
Parade Unit FEES (by July 1, 2024):
$100 increase per unit after July 1
Chamber Member
- Unit (up to 40 feet) = $200
- Unit (up to 60 feet) = $300
- Unit (up to 80 feet) = $400
- Non-Profit = $150
Non-Chamber Member
- Unit (up to 40 feet) = $250
- Unit (up to 60 feet) = $350
- Unit (up to 80 feet) = $450
- Non-Profit = $300

Updated Note for Political Candidates and Groups: ● Political campaigning of a solicitous nature is not allowed in or on the parade route. No handing out of brochures, flyers, stickers or literature will be allowed.
1. Cars and signs on cars are accepted; as are carried signs and banners
2. No more than 10 people walking as part of your campaign
3. Branded shirts are allowed
4. NO brochures, stickers, or any type of campaign promotional products may be handed out on the parade route
5. Candy may be handed out but not thrown
6. Waving and hand shaking is okay as long as it does not slow down or stop the parade
7. The parade must keep moving at all times, no gaps
8. Parade Marshals will be closely monitoring this to be sure guidelines are followed
9. If your group does not comply with our guidelines, a Parade Marshal will ask you to leave the parade at the next intersection
10. Inappropriate political signs are not allowed
The Chamber Foundation serves with a focus on education initiatives, workforce development, leadership programs, business development, and community events which will enrich the life of our communities. The Foundation was incorporated in 2021 as an inclusive 501c(3) to support the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce as a way to continue to give back to our community. Learn more here.
