• The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce is working with local businesses to build a Phase Two of Stillwater Lights, Presented by Hotel Crosby. Phase One included a lighted tunnel in Lowell Park and Phase Two will be a tunnel on the path as well as lights around Pedestrian Plaza. A Steering Committee continues to work together with the city to add on to this attraction every year. If you are interested in participating, please let us know. We see this attraction growing in the future with additional lights, lighted signs, etc. We are hoping to see winter events hosted in the park with this as a beautiful backdrop.  A special thank you to the City of Stillwater and Hotel Crosby for their partnership in 2018.
