Chamber Welcomes Back Huntington Learning Center Stillwater

March 2018. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed returning member, Huntington Learning Center at a ribbon cutting celebration on March 6 in Stillwater. Franchise leadership, staff, Chamber members, and Ambassadors attended the event.

Established in 1977, Huntington Learning Center Stillwater offers individualized tutoring to students looking to maximize their potential. They offer help in all academic areas from Kindergarten to College level. They also coach students through the ACT and SAT, helping students attend their first choice college. Each student gets an individualized tutoring program after a comprehensive assessment pinpoints the areas that are prohibiting their best performance. Subject areas include reading for all levels, writing, study skills, math, science and even ADHD support for any age K-12.

Huntington Learning Center Stillwater works with schools and families to ensure a full 360 approach to educational development.

“Our programs truly work, and we’re proud of our students’ results. We witness huge changes in performance, attitude and confidence” stated Michael Smith, Stillwater’s Regional Director. “Our team lives vicariously through our students and we are passionate about helping them perform at their highest potential!”

Mr. Smith is a Stillwater resident and is a strong community support. He is Board Chair of StoryArk, a non profit in the Stillwater area, helping students develop their creative and communication skills through the art of mixed media story telling.
