Stillwater, MN – The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Pete Farrell of KW Commercial Midwest at a ribbon cutting celebration on April 11. The event took place at Cozzie’s Tavern & Grill in Stillwater and included family, friends, Chamber Ambassadors, and business owners.
KW Commercial Midwest is a fast-growing commercial real estate business with transactions in the Twin Cities metro area. Pete Farrell serves the needs of building owners and businesses in the area, focusing primarily on Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, and beyond through commercial sales representation, landlord representation, and tenant representation.
Pete Farrell grew up in Stillwater and is a graduate of Stillwater High School. He has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and sixteen years of experience in the banking industry. A fun fact about Pete is that he met his wife Ashleigh at the St. Paul Winter Carnival in 2012 – “I was a Vulcan, Count of Ashes, and she was Queen of the Snows – “It took a while, but eventually she warmed up to me!” stated Pete.
Pete recently moved back to the area with his family. “I’m excited for the opportunity to move my operations into my hometown and help the community’s new and longstanding businesses.” Mr. Farrell is involved in several types of commercial transactions and has recently represented restaurant groups, office building owners, retail locations, and warehouse / flex space.
